Calm meditation-like music or oldies-goldies such as the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Nick Cave, Fleetwood Mac, Joni Mitchell, James Talor, etc. Movies: ‘The Man on the Moon’, ‘Harold and Maude’, ‘The 5th Element’, different dramas, documentaries, biographies, fairytale-like movies, and absurd comedies. My recent fave - Is How to with John Wilson. Books: ‘The woman who runs with Wolves, ‘Tao Te Ching’, The Prophet’, ‘The Journey Home: Autobiography of an American Swami’, ‘Siddhartha’.
