Currently falling in love with New Zealand!
Living here since almost 5 years and really enjoying this side of the world on this isolated, quirky, raw & beautiful lil island :)

I am an active, sports loving, positive and open minded ambivert that loves traveling and exploring new cultures. I am torn to mountains and oceans. Those are places that give me peace and freedom!
I wanna be able to say I've been living at the end of my life! and traveling and always exploring new places and being in nature is a big part of this and means freedom for me. I Love to laugh and be surrounded by positive interesting people. Open for any new adventure. Currently thinking of learning how to freedive/scuba dive to add to my list of hobbies that include the sea 💙

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling is my passion and I love to combine it with making new friends and get to know other cultures - It's more authentic to stay with locals and get to know the vibe of their hometown, than staying in hostels.
I made so many lovely friends on here and it really changed my outlook on humanity after coming from a place of 'don't trust any strangers' I'm glad I can say now there's so so many kind and genuinely good people out there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first Hongi in New Zealand with a stranger, which was no longer a stranger afterwards was such a wonderful experience which I'm so thankful for! My first couchsurfexperience in Singapore ♡.... My dive at the great barrier reef that I've always dreamed off was a dream come true.. Getting invited from a local family in Africa to join them for dinner in the middle of the dessert with the biggest moon I've ever seen and fully ignoring what I am used to from the western world was amazing! ✨

I would love to get better at surfing! And my current addiction is mountainbiking which opened a whole new world to me which I would love to share with others. I am also currently getting back into photography and there is so much to learn and explore there!
