About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm now opening my doors in backpacking with the help of this site. Would love to travel to different places/countries that offer different set of culture. Also to extend help to other couchsurfers by providing necessary and useful information while they stay here in the Philippines, most specifically in Pampanga.

ABOUT ME

I'm more of an extrovert type because I love to travel a lot, hang out with my friends and acquaintances, watch movies, eat good food, coffee-lover, shopping, play volleyball, badminton, swimming and chess. I also love to cook, especially Kapampangan cuisines such as kare-kare, sisig, adobo and many more.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a very simple and practical philosophy in life, and that is to live life to the fullest and enjoy every moment while it lasts. I don't usually let the fear of striking out keep me from playing the game. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If my schedule permits me, I would love to host or if not possible, then act as a local guide.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first ever couchsurfing experience domestically, when I was hosted and even toured by a very cool and hospitable guy from Cordillera (Sir Kael). Just recently, I had my first ever international experience in Singapore, where I was hosted by two great and awesome hosts (Otoko & Poovan) during my 6D stay there. I was very fortunate to have these wonderful hosts who actually made my experiences truly memorable. While on the other hand, I haven't hosted yet, due to my commitment on work at the moment, and also my post-graduate classes during weekends. Would love to host if my schedule permits me, or if not, I could be a guide since I worked before as a local tour guide for both domestic and international tourists, so I guess that's a remedy. ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to different genre of music. I prefer sci-fi and horror movies. I also love to read, but I don't have my personal idol of a writer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I consider my trip in Thailand and Cambodia as my most wonderful experiences so far because I had the chance to observe, learn and understand the culture and practices of foreign people in their native land. I was also able to ride on an elephant, had a long walk in Angkor Wat, had fun while walking the red-light district of Pattaya, and many more. And just recently, I was able to explore and enjoy Singapore within my 6D of stay there. It was so fantastic and awesome!

Teach, Learn, Share

I always love to talk to different nationalities with different set of culture, probably because that's how it works in the industry i'm part with, the hospitality and tourism industry. regardless of what your race is, what culture you have, I have no right to judge you one way or another. Respect for me is very important, as it begets itself. would love to hear your stories and learn from such, and in return, I would also love to tell mine and it'll be a pleasure to impart my knowledge, wisdom, and culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a graduate of BS Tourism Management to begin with, and still working on my Post-Grad. degree (MS in Hospitality Management, major in Tourism Management). I could say that I'm very much exposed with how the Tourism industry works, and would love to impart my knowledge, skills, stories (adventures), wisdom, and let you experience the famous Filipino Hospitality.
