About Me
I am full of contradictions: I come from Poland and when I live in Poland, I dream about leaving, and when I am abroad I often miss Poland.
It will not be an exaggeration if I say that I became a champion in hitchhiking the route France-Poland (2000 km in 21 hours :P), because I lived in the south of France about 8 years and I traveled very often to Poland. Now I am in France twice a year to work in the vineyards in spring and autumn.
I like traveling alone, because I feel at ease then but I also like to have a friend with me, with whom I can share impressions - such a tour gives a lot more joy - sharing is carying ;)
I am spontaneous but also prudent.
I am a parquet animal - dance is my form of meditation - I can feel great in many genres of music from ethno through jazz and old rock to hardtek and psytranse. Music concerts and festivals take up most of my free time.
I attach great importance to a healthy lifestyle and try to harm the planet as little as possible. I am a vegan, I love to discover new flavors, but unfortunately I do not like cooking: P
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Many times I was in a situation where I wanted to go somewhere for a concert, an exhibition, a spectacle or just to see a new place, but I could not afford an overnight stay, so I resigned from such a trip. It made me feel unfairly cut off from a big part of the world. I learned to ride hitchhiking, so I do not have a problem with free passage, but I can not always stay in a tent. When I found out about couchsurfing, I went mad with delight and the unlimited possibilities of traveling it can give. I also understood that it is an amazing big family of people similarly looking at the world, as a place for everyone. I have the impression that couchsurfing has spawned a new generation of people, those more open, with an alternative view of reality and society.

Music, Movies, and Books
I grown up listening dinosaurs of rock and progressive rock, but also on jazz and ethno music (I love Polish indigenous highlander music). From such a base, my openness to a huge number of musical genres arose. I can go from Teknival the next day for the King Crimson concert to finish the night at the drum & bass club, and in a next week to be at the psy-trance festival. One thing is certain: I can not live without music - I wake up and immediately turn it on ;)
There is no place for movies, too much to write :P
I do not read books as much as I would like, I leave them for a calmer time in my life..
