Overview
About Me
I grew up among the fjords and mountains in Northern Norway, which is probably why I love to spend time outdoors. I have a big passion for the environment and exploring the world in a sustainable way.
I've soon completed four out of six years of my clinical psychology studies, and I'm hoping to work with environmental psychology in the future. I am a curious, social and open-minded soul, and I love getting in touch with people from all over the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've come to realize that the best way to explore a new destination is by getting in touch with the locals - eating the local food, go to the local bars and explore the regular way of life. That's why I want to implement Couchsurfing as much as I can into my future travels!
I also see it as a community of equally receiving and giving, which is why I also welcome surfers into my home in Sweden :)
Interests
I'm completely sold on environmental questions and living a sustainable lifestyle. That's why I'm trying my hardest to live a vegan lifestyle and implement zero waste and minimalism to my life.
Psychology and the human mind is another huge passion of mine. How can we do to change people's attitutes towards climate change, prevent teenage eating disorders or detect early symptoms of schizophrenia?
Other than that I dance as much as I can (any kind!), swim in oceans and lakes as often as I can and make sure to regularly enjoy a good meal and some wine. I also love outdoor sports such as hiking mountain biking, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and beach volleyboll.
