I’m originally from Poland and currently living in Hanoi (sometimes I still can’t believe it!). A desire for adventure brought me here, along with a love for Vietnamese coffee and stunning landscapes. And who knows—maybe one day it’ll take me somewhere else. Or maybe not. Life’s full of surprises. I’m into photography, mountains, and—obviously—travel. I also remember the time before the Internet—but don’t worry, don’t let my age fool you! :) Please note: I only host people with references and completed profiles.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love it when someone starts as a total stranger, but after a little time together, it feels like I’m saying goodbye to an old friend. That’s the Couchsurfing magic I’ve experienced—and the kind I’m always looking for.
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Terzani and Kapuściński are my gurus. I mostly read nonfiction, but I’m generally open to all genres. Maybe you could recommend an author from your country? Movies: I enjoy documentaries, indie films, and yes—a good TV series (Succession!) or even a James Bond movie now and then. Music: I'm a secret psycho fan of Jamie Cullum :) I like jazz, soul, world music, indie, good, old classic pop and rock—anything that makes me feel relaxed or want to dance.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Not having a mortgage yet. Oh, and trekking in the Himalayas wasn't too bad either.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some basic Vietnamese—mostly food-related, since that’s the key to survival here :)
What I Can Share With Hosts
Well, I’m not a MasterChef, but I can be a pretty good kitchen assistant. And I might be able to make you laugh by imitating a turkey (hopefully!). But most of all, I hope that after meeting me, you’ll leave with the genuine feeling that there’s a new friendly soul out there in the world for you.
