ABOUT ME

Grew up in a suburb of Boston, now studying at Oberlin College, an AMazing hippie school in the middle of nowhere near Cleveland, OH.
Recently discovered social dance... and am never looking back. I love the community that it creates and it's unique way of exploring music and movement!
I'm addicted to random ridiculousness, and highly appreciate those who appreciate it!

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to know the people that surround me and to experience the beauty that is everywhere.

I really try not to judge people, you never know what kind of situation has led a person to be where they are or to do what they do.

Dancing (social[swing, blues, salsa, anything!] and otherwise). Languages! People. Listening to Music. Moving(be it by playing soccer, or yoga, or waterskiing, or dancing crazily in parks to music coming from a tiny speaker. guitar(enthusiasmhigh-working on the proficiency). sewing. craftythings. Cooking!!-though I'm definitely still learning. laughing!

Music, Movies, and Books

definitely have a weakness for trashy-pop music, but love music of all varieties! especially if it's live and/or i can dance to it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cabo de San Vicente - the south-westernmost tip of Europe. It actually took my breath away. Seeing the monsterous cliffs, and standing on the edge of such a precipitous fall, and watching the waves roil in the sea, I remembered just how small we all are.
