My current mission pretty much sums me up. I love walking, wild country, gardens, my friends, lively discussion, yoga and making good healthy tasty food. I'm pretty concerned about what we're doing to the planet... and I believe this can be very much reflected in our own health and relationships. I am an optimist. I am very keen to learn from others and love doing this.
