About Me
Hi there,
I'm originally from Poland but have been living in London for the past 13 years so guess I can call myself a Londoner ;)
I'm fun loving wellness warrior who believes kindness and positive outlook will take you a long way in today hectic times. I'm trying to look at life as a glass half full and smile a lot :) I love travelling and I'm about to embark on a one year journey starting in October.
I love nature, I have a deep connection with water, sea, ocean, and the sun, that's what makes me happy. I'm totally free spirited, kind of hippy at heart, I'm glad I haven't been caught in a predominant rat race and value freedom and honesty. I'm open and respectful towards different cultures and love meeting people from all walks of life. Fun and easy going, I've been told that I've got great sense of humour :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As mentioned above I'm planning to go travelling for a year.
I guess Couchsurfing is a great way of meeting locals, where you can explore their cultures and a way of living.
Before I've been using airbnb where I have become good friends with my hosts, we are still in touch and visiting each other regularly:)
As I'm going away for a year my budget is pretty tight, I thought Couchsurfing is a perfect way of making friends around the world and having fun at the same time!
Interests
My main passion is wellness therefore looking after my body and soul is on constant agenda. I'm a vegan, I love cooking and my green smoothies are pretty rad! ;) I'm also into meditation and yoga as healthy mind equals healthy body. I'm planning to do Yoga Teacher training in India and become qualified.
And of course there is travelling, the love of my life! Apparently you can't buy happiness but you can buy a plane ticket and that's kind of the same thing, right?

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm pretty much social creature and like going out, festivals, gatherings.
I'm into indie/folk music but if I want to let my hair down and have a proper boogie DnB is always my number one choice.
On my playlist you will find Bon Iver, Apparat, Jose Gonzalez, Nick Mulvey, Xavier Rudd or John Butler Trio to name a few.
Favourite movies are The Last of Mohicans, Girls Interrupted, Requiem for a Dream and Korean version of Old Boy.
Books, definitely Shantaram, a bible of every traveller I guess, Catcher in the Rye, Kite Runner.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I believe to whole life is an amazing journey and you are the one who navigates it.
I'm trying to live without regrets and I cherish and am grateful for every experience. I can't think of one amazing thing... Life has many chapters and in every chapter amazing things have happened. From finishing my degree to moving to different countries to travelling, getting into my healthy living habits that's all what have significant meaning to me. And the best part is, there are still more to come!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English as I'm fluent, give free yoga class, cook, share jokes and good vibes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a pretty good cook, I can whip you up some vegan delight in no time.
I'm easy going and relaxed, but also great fun to be around so can offer my good company, laughter and generally good times. Spread smiles and share good vibes - that's my mantra!
Although I'm not yet qualified yoga teacher I could give you a session, you could be my guinea pig.
I'm fluent in English so if you need to brush up your language skills I'm ready to help.
