Hello, I'm a 24-year-old living in Brooklyn NY. I work in the music industry and am currently between jobs - I'm trying to go on a trip before starting a new one. Most recently I was a talent scout for a record label in NY. I really liked this job because NY has so many things going on all the time that sometimes it can be overwhelming. So it was great because I like to to know what artists are playing around town on a given night. I would consider myself a Poptivist/poptimist :D Pop-culture definitely excites me. On a personality note: I am a very outgoing and energetic person. I really love people - whether they be close friends or new acquaintances. There is always so much joy and learning with new interactions in unfamiliar places. Traveling and people often energize me, and this is a large part of the reason why I am drawn to trying Couchsurfing. While I love people, I am also very independent and love exploring and getting lost on my own.
