I love relaxing while picking people's brains, including my own. Sharing experiences is always a fun pastime. Hiking/camping and biking are a close second. I'm open to new cultures and new experiences! Snowboarding, yoga, TRAVEL, languages, and coloring are a few more favorites of mine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I donated! I surfed in Colorado for a snowboarding trip. I hosted a mom and daughter on their way to Oregon, and surfed in Iowa a couple times. I met CSers in California to take a hike in Malibu, their dog included. I've crashed in Nebraska, Chicago, Tennessee...Hopefully many more to come. Anti-hotel!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with an awesome couple who had a spare bedroom! I wouldn't have made the trip without CS. I made it to Denver and back on almost nothing. Met some awesome surfers and made many friends. I love that this organization has a self-selecting crowd. I feel safe and at home with CSers.

Old people, body work, recovery, writing letters, weight training, pet therapy, dog training, making cards, traveling (of course), volunteering and learning something new EVERYDAY.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Bunjee jumping over Victoria Falls. Petting a cheetah and walking the lions.

Most recently I fulfilled a dream of swimming with a reef shark in the wild for a good 20 meters!

Sky diving was pretty amazing, so was hiking a mountain in Chile to view 7 waterfalls cascading from a glacier.

Traveling solo is amazingly empowering. I highly recommend it! Costa Rica rocks.
