I am a young political organizer living on the Western Slope and traveling to college campuses to register voters and get young people engaged in Democracy! New Era Colorado is a non-profit, non-partisan organization working to get out the vote and I am so stoked to be working with them. When I am not working I love watching movies, reading comic books, hiking and swimming, and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As my co-organizer and I register young people across the state to vote sometimes we end up in places we have never been like Carbondale or Gunnison, incredible places that I know almost nothing about! We would love to meet locals and stay with them as we work to make sure all Coloradans are able to engage in state politics.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love hip-hop and R&B as well as any pop song I can sing along too! I love fantasy novels, especially the ones from my childhood like Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, and The Chronicles of Amber. I will marathon Star Wars or Marvel movies any day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met Stan Lee, the co-founder of Marvel Comics and creator of all your favorite superheroes (if you don't ask Jack Kirby) at Denver Comic Con two years ago and actually blacked out I was so excited. I have a great picture of my eyes starting to glaze over if you want to see it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lots of ways to get involved in Colorado politics, especially for people frustrated with the two parties and their representatives. Plenty of tech advice, if you need any help setting up your google drive and mail merge for your small business or non-profit I would love to help!
