Overview
About Me
Even if I was born in Vancouver, I grew up in Montreal and am still living there.
I am currently doing my Master's in Entomology and Ecology. Because of that, I got the chance of living in Panama and doing my field work there, which was an amazing experience! As you may guess from my field of study, I am passionate about nature and being outdoors.
I am passionate about the environment and strive to live with as little environmental impact as I can, making my way towards living with zero waste.
When I'm not studying, I am part of a classical vocal ensemble, am learning German, cooking and reading a lot and continuing to discover my city (through walking and cycling a lot!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While hostels are great for travellers, I love to meet locals and see the real side of the cities in which I'm staying. I love sharing stories and experiences about the places I'm visiting.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am an avid music listener. I gravitate mostly towards folk music, but also listen lots of other stuff. Some of my favourite artists include Sufjan Stevens, Joni Mitchell, Klo Pelgag, Avec pas d'casque, ...
I also read a lot. I like contemporary writers (we have a lot of great writers in Quebec), but also love Russian authors.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Camped in the Yukon for 6 weeks for field work and experiencing the midnight sun.
Teach, Learn, Share
French is my mother tongue so I can definitely help you get around the basics.
I also knit a lot and could definitely teach you!
I can also cook pretty well and have started making my own bread and kombucha so we can experiment together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am very reliable, independent and clean. I will help you clean, cook... anything!
I also have wide interests and will gladly share a conversation!
