About Me

// ABOUT ME

Ta-da! I'm Antonio, and I'm on an extraordinary journey of discovery and a desire for adventure. I left everything behind to seek meaning, freedom, and unforgettable experiences, embracing challenges and the unknown along the way. I want to discover the world and create an authentic life, full of genuine relationships and enriching experiences.

// CURRENT MISSION

So, where to next? Life is always throwing new adventures my way. I just found out about this mind-blowing temple near Madras, India. They say seven wise men etched out the destinies of everyone, including me, on palm leaves 3,000 years ago. I'm totally hooked and can't wait to take a romantic train ride to see it for myself. Of course, the journey is the destination.

// PHILOSOPHY

My approach to knowledge can be likened to a luminous island in a dark ocean of mystery: The larger the island becomes, the vaster the ocean that surrounds it appears. It's kind of mind-blowing to realize how much there is to learn. It's this constant thirst for knowledge that keeps me going. I believe in a world where we're all teachers and students, sharing what we know with each other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

//2015

There was an atmosphere of excitement in the air as I prepared for the costume party I had been invited to. The theme was 'Famous Characters,' and after much thought, I had decided to dress up as Frida Kahlo. With great care, I put on a colorful dress, with flowers woven into my hair. I was satisfied with my costume and couldn't wait to show up at the party, only to find out that no one else had dressed up, and no one knew who Frida Kahlo was. Result: I felt like an old trans all night. 🙄

I also have a picture, but it's only for strong stomachs 🥳 https://ibb.co/hgKjcdc

Teach, Learn, Share

// LIVING SIMPLY

In my quest for freedom, I've chosen to prioritize experiences over possessions. I firmly believe that true richness comes from immersing ourselves in genuine connections and meaningful moments. Embarking on a transformative journey is not about buying an experience; it's about embracing the opportunities that life grants us.

What I Can Share with Hosts

// WHAT I CAN OFFER TO HOSTS

I can teach you Italian, both conversation and colorful expressions, drawing from my experience as an Italian teacher in Poland. I can cook delicious Italian food for you or teach you how to cook it yourself, as cooking is my passion and I have worked as a cook and chef in several restaurants. I can share hidden gems and insider knowledge about Italy, being born in southern Italy and having lived in various places. I can provide insights and stories about Poland or Turkey, as I have lived in both countries for several years. I can offer tips on long-term travel based on my accumulated experiences. And lastly, I can entertain you with captivating stories and anecdotes.

// PLEASE TEACH ME

I'm genuinely eager to expand my horizons and learn from others. Whether it's languages, diverse cuisines, practical skills, music, well-being, or any captivating subject you have knowledge in, I'm open and ready to embark on this journey of mutual growth and discovery together!
