Présentation
À propos de moi
Hey there! Software engineer by day, Athens explorer by night (or whenever I'm not coding). Big fan of getting lost in a good book (historical adventures or trippy sci-fi are my jam!), but there's nothing like real-life adventures too! Always down to explore hidden spots, try new eats, or just chat over coffee (huge coffee fan!). Easygoing and (hopefully) funny, my friends say I'm super curious. If you're a cool traveler looking for a crashpad, a city guide, or just a buddy to explore with, hit me up! Let's hear about your travels and show you the real Athens!
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
For me, the most enriching travel experiences come from connecting with locals. Immersing myself in the heartbeat of a city through the eyes of its residents is far more rewarding than just ticking off tourist spots. I'm fascinated by meeting people from diverse backgrounds and hearing their unique stories. As your guest, you can expect me to be respectful and tidy, leaving your home just as I found it.
More importantly, I'm all about venturing off the beaten path to discover hidden gems together. Whether it's exploring a bustling local market, seeking out a cozy coffee shop, or simply sharing a conversation over a traditional Greek drink, I'm eager to create genuine connections and unforgettable memories.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
My taste in music leans towards indie rock. I enjoy bands like Muse, Arcade Fire, The National, and Radiohead, as well as other favorites like Arctic Monkeys and Interpol. Their unique sounds and profound lyrics resonate with me deeply.
When it comes to movies, I love thought-provoking and mind-bending films like '12 Monkeys,' 'Donnie Darko,' and 'Memento'. 'Mulholland Drive' and 'Blade Runner' are also among my top picks for their intricate storytelling and deep narratives.
As an avid reader, I immerse myself in a mix of history and contemporary fiction. I enjoy works by authors like Jonathan Franzen and Michel Houellebecq. Some of my favorite books include 'The Corrections' by Franzen, 'The Elementary Particles' by Houellebecq, aas well as historical accounts such as 'Napoleon: A Life' by Andrew Roberts and 'SPQR: A History of Ancient Rome' by Mary Beard. I'm always on the lookout for new recommendations, so feel free to share your favorites too!
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
As your guest, I'll be respectful and considerate, happy to contribute to a positive and comfortable atmosphere in your home. I'm a good listener and love sharing stories and cultural insights. Beyond that, I'm a sucker for a good cup of local coffee (or a strong espresso!). Let's swap travel stories and caffeine recommendations!
I also enjoy cooking, and if you're open to it, I'd be happy to whip up a traditional Greek dish to share a taste of my culture. I'm open as well to lend a hand with some light housework as a way of saying thank you for your hospitality.
Up for movie nights, exploring the city together, or simply relaxing and sharing stories over coffee (or a local drink). I'm open to your suggestions and keen to hear your local recommendations. Let's make the most of our time together! I'm truly grateful for your hospitality and excited to learn about your life and experiences.
