About Me

things everyone should know about me:

My mom is my best friend, we do everything together
I work outdoors and i travel a lot for work.
I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about cultures different from my own
I don't know how to dance but i love every genre of music
Board games, strategy games and active games are my favorites
I can give great advice or i can be a great listener
i can be accidentally funny but i cant ever remember how to tell a scripted joke

I believe life is meant to be explored and lived to its fullest, not locked away paying bills and working overtime to by more things. i save whatever money i earn so that i can travel and learn.

I do not own any of the newest technology, phones, or gizmos out there unless it has been gifted to me by friends and family.

I believe in reducing and reusing before creating excess waste.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

last year my friend convinced me to plan out cross country road trip with some couch surfing and
I was skeptical at first but i had so much fun with the people we met when we couch surfed. everyone was genuinely kind, generous and had a pay it forward kind of mind.

I am planning a trip to Italy for my moms birthday and our first mother daughter trip and I thought we might be able to give it a shot. She hasn't fully understood my experience with couch surfing so i haven't been able to convince her to let me post up our apartment. I'm hoping this experience will open her eyes and allow us to be a part a beautiful community.
