I do not tolerate rude behavior, ignorance, manipulation, dishonesty, or any attempt to take advantage of my kindness, calm attitude, or modest behavior. If I feel disrespected, misled, or treated without basic human decency, I will immediately end the hosting without discussion.

I am a cultured person and I expect cultural awareness, intelligence, and self-respect from people I interact with. If your behavior is arrogant, careless, or disrespectful, this is not the right place for you.

I host only people connected to art and culture — painting, music, cinema, theater, literature, or creative thinking in general. If you have no connection to art, culture, or creative life, please do not contact me.

I am completely open-minded regarding beliefs, faith, gender, or identity. You can believe in anything or nothing at all, love whoever you want, and be whoever you are. Behavior and responsibility are what matter to me.

I expect very clear communication, exact arrival times, and a strong sense of responsibility. If you are vague, late without notice, unreliable, or careless with plans, please do not request to stay with me.

My home is a space of respect, awareness, and boundaries. If you are looking for convenience, tolerance for bad behavior, or someone to “manage” chaos — this is not your place.

"I’m a huge fan of films with sharp dialogue and unique style. My absolute favorites are movies by Quentin Tarantino and Guy Ritchie. I love the energy, the storytelling, and the visuals in their work. We can definitely have a movie night and discuss 'Pulp Fiction' or 'Snatch'!"

"As an artist, I mostly enjoy books about Art History and biographies of great masters. I also like literature that explores human nature and philosophy."

Over the years, I have painted countless portraits of people and animals. There is something truly amazing about capturing a person's character or an animal's spirit on canvas. Each portrait I’ve done for girls and the many paintings of animals represent a unique story and a connection I've made through my art. It's my way of preserving a moment in time forever.

I’m always open to learning about new cultures, different worldviews, and perhaps a few words in your native language. If you have any unique hobbies or life stories, I’d love to hear them. I'm also interested in learning more about international art trends.

I can share my creative space and my art collection with you. I can also share my knowledge of the best local spots in Armenia, traditional Armenian coffee, and, of course, a great atmosphere filled with music and art discussions.
