Hi!

I'm Ari / Bunga. I’m originally from Semarang, currently working in Surakarta, and have previously worked in Rembang and Jakarta. I love Indonesian culture, especially Batik or Wastra Nusantara, Gamelan, and Wayang. In my quiet time, I write poems and short stories inspired by places and people I meet.

I work in high-stakes health response, both nationally and internationally, including Hajj services and disaster response. I travel a lot for work, and I still choose to travel even on my days-off.

My love for travel started with a trip to the US (Boston–DC–NYC), followed by backpacking across Malaysia (KL–Pahang–Ipoh–Penang), and I haven’t really stopped since.
