About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being happy and proud of myself both alone and with others

ABOUT ME

I will not try to guess what my friends would say about me, but only what I think I know about myself. Then if we'll ever have the chance to meet, you'll find out if I was being objective and honest or not! :)
I am a curious person, interested in knowing new places, people, traditions and ready to learn from others. I'm easygoing and sociable. I love sharing experiences, telling and listening to stories, dancing following music and feelings and walking everywhere I can enjoy a beautiful inspiring landscape. But hey, no worries, I'm not always only this poetic, I can be also funny and enjoy laughing and have fun with friends! ;)

PHILOSOPHY

My God is the World, my faith the Nature, my hope in the Human Being.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed for the first time in Hawaii. A friend of mine talked to me about CS. I would love to surf more but also host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was studying in California, and with some friends we found a cheap flight for Hawaii during Christmas, but we didn't have much money for an accomodation there..so we found out about CS and tried..that was the best choice ever!!! We met amazing friendly people and got the chance to live those days there not as common tourists, but with 'locals'.

Interests

I love what I studied for, that is International Politics, so every time I can discuss about issues concerning other countries, I feel satisfied! That's also why it is amazing being among people of different nationalities. I enjoy ''loosing myself'' around the world, feeling a foreigner among foreigners. Whenever I can, I try to learn about the place where I go or live, try to learn something of other people's language and habits. Similarly, I like reading especially when the story allows me to go deep in the book, escaping from a reality to enter in an always new one. I like going out to watch a movie with friends or family and comment it! For some years I've been doing swimming competitions, and I worked as a lifeguard. Often I found myself thinking that water is the element in which I feel more free and spontaneous. I would not be able to live far from sea, lake, river or any source of water! I also enjoy sports and phisical activities in general; something that I would really love to do is skydiving..I will have to try that once in life! What else..I love good food, and I can cook some nice stuff.. I like music and dancing; I started a salsa class and it's real fun! But I could keep writing for hours and this list would be so long that you could easily get bored..!

I like everything makes me feel alive, satisfied and deeply happy, and while you travel you can do all these things together!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Couchsurfing in Hawaii during Christmas with two friends while studying in California.
Swimming with dolphins alone in the ocean at sunset!
A road trip with two of my best friends around Spain and France.
Climbing the Grand Canyon and having goose bumps in watching the landscape from the top of a peak!
A month and a half trip from Chile down towards and through Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego (the end of the world), then up to Argentina, Uruguay and Brasil!
