CURRENT MISSION To meet new people in a mutually respectful, creative, and challenging manner. ABOUT ME I love life with reckless abandon My arms open to the world Ready to embrace the possibilities of a Bright bold day And the quiet intensity of a Contemplative mind My stride is unbound My plume akin to that of a Jock Sturges girl Walking along the beaches of Southern France on the Last Day of Summer And my eyes hungry to truly see others In a way like no one else

One Amazing Thing I've Done
...while traveling: Giving 400 pieces of clothing to homeless children on the street.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am like to meet new people, and learn about their culture. I like interior design, and landscape design, and project management. I am happy to help around the house (cleaning, food shopping, listening, etc.) I am not a good cook.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I am happy to listen attentively, and be appreciative of your kindness.
My Interests
My new profile is humble, and simple these days. I do a lot of reading regarding pediatric special needs, adolescent behavior management, and CBT and DBT. I am exploring esoteric Buddhism. My main personal goal is to be a better listener, kind, and appreciative of others. I like architecture, and interior design. I am particularly fond of landscape design. OLD: In town, I am a black tie aficionado, and former patron of the SF Ballet and SF Opera. The Symphony, art museums, and cultural gatherings are a comfortable part of my life. Willing to take the plunge, dance in packed elevators, run barefoot through freshly cut grass, ski, take flight lessons, sky dive, bungee jump, white water river raft, ATV, zip trek, and perhaps scuba dive again, give me balance. The fact that I do most these things with pedestrian mediocrity is a testament to my determination to get up and try again.
