Being a foreigner, you should try these Indian food -

1. Snacks like Pani Puri (gol gappe), Matar Kulcha, Aloo Tikki, Pav Bhaji, Chole Bhature

2. South Indian food like Masala Dosa, Idli, Uttapam

3. Fried items like Chicken Fry.

4. Veg. Curries like Malai Kofta, Kadhi Pakora, Dal Makhni, Paneer butter masala

5. Non veg curries like Butter Chicken, Bhatti Ka Murg.

6. Breads like Butter Naan, Missi Roti, Aloo Parantha (you will love it)

6. Beverages like Lassi.

7. Sweets like Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai.

Every state has something unique to eat so it depends upon where you go.
