I have hosted a bunch of people and now have friends around the world. That is why I am a fan of couch surfing - I think it is great. I am convinced this is one of the best ways to befriend like minded adventurers and see the world.

Intereses

I am interested in plenty. I often think about where I have visited and where I will go next.

I like watching documentaries, good dramas and inappropriate and offensive comedies.

I enjoy reading but do not read enough.

I have trekked to the base camp of Mt Everest, visited North Korea, and spent a year backpacking Europe, Asia and North America. I also lived and worked in Japan for three years.

I like learning from strangers whose stories transport me into their lives. I appreciate the company of people who can give me travel tips and insights on their homes and the countries they have visited.

I get along best with low maintenance, curious and independent people with an off beat sense of humour. If you can teach me something new or make me laugh, we will be buddies. If you can blow my mind, I will name my first born child after you.
