About Me
CURRENT MISSION
In 2013 I started a photography project in Vietnam about people that produce food from home and sell it directly within their neigbourhood. The series continued in 2015 in Senegal and then I tried to find such micro businesses in London where I live. Now I would like to continue the series in Latin America.
Food is such a great topic and perfect access point into a foreign culture. I look forwart to all the culinary adventures that lei ahead :)))
ABOUT ME
Currently preparing to go to La Paz, Bolivia in April 2019.
I am a freelance photographer for print media / editorial publications. Occasionally I am also working as a costume designer and stylist for film and TV, which is influencing my personal work as a photographer. Further information can be found on my web-site: www.astridschulz.com
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can help people with an interest in arts and culture in London. My flat is very small, as most flats in London, but for a short visit it should be big enough... However, I can only have ONE guest at the time.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I started Couch Surfing 13 years ago, but I also have a long history on Hospitality Club.
