ABOUT ME

I'm a Venezuelan who enjoys many things. Far away from home I've encounter a new nucleus. I love my little family: my husband & dog. Love all kinds of things; from black holes to pop culture. I enjoy conversations and music. Love food. I don't work too hard but I do. I believe in pride. Adore people that follow dreams and feel free. Responsibility and consideration are my burdens, I give it but demand it. Respect people who respect others. Music creators are my imaginary lovers, if you don't believe me ask Liszt.

PHILOSOPHY

Good deeds go a long way. I'm not a religious person but I firmly believe that whatever you give to this world, is what you will receive from it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I work for a non-profit that helps talented students without means to get into Ivy League Universities for the Summer. Ultimately, most of them obtain scholarships through us and go to school. I also volunteer at a teen website coaching students through various difficulties.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My cousin has hosted several couchsurfers and loved it! Consequently, here I am.

Favorite movie: A Clockwork Orange. After that: The Fall, The Shinning, Delicatessen, There will be blood, Lord of the Rings, Run Lola Run, Amelie, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Donnie Darko, Devil's Backbone, Everything about my mother, Let the right one in, City of God, Jojeux Noel, among others. Books: Anything from Herman Hesse. Music: too much to discuss. Favorite... impossible but is definitely between Dream Theater and Queen... weird.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Between the altitude and view from Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro, the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and the classical streets of Europe, the most amazing thing I've ever seen is the synchronicity of my parents realtionship; sounds irrelevant but to me, there's nothing more beautiful and inspiring than pure human love.
