I like being called my name's acronym - Aura. Because it's just perfect, not too long and very beautiful, easy to pronounce also. I have communicative personality, sometimes I don't think so but all my friends says that and I believe they're right. I love people, cities full of them but when I think I can say that I looove nature so much more and it starts confusing me. Well to sum up, I'm very friendly, cheerful and active. My motto is famous phrase - love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that if you want to travel around the world and perceive it, you have to meet every country's local people, live with them a bit and get to know each other. I don't like tourists, they're afraid to get lost and only carefully watch around. I want to feel, wander and be a traveler.

Interests

When I was even younger I wanted to be a photographer but my parents didn't allowed me to study this subject. Still my biggest passion is photography, all my pictures have to be aesthetic. I love art, museums and art galleries. Speaking about simpler things - talking while walking long walks in the forest or city streets - it's just my thing. I love that very much.

MUSIC
My musical taste is eclectic. I find it hard to explain how much music genres I have listened to before. Now I'm listening to quality electronic music mostly but rock (and etc.) always will be in my heart. MOVIES

BOOKS
In recent years I was reading only with mine studies related literature because I have no time to sit and read for my pleasure. But well, good enough that I enjoy my studying subject. All time favorite writer is Fyodor Dostoyevsky, his books interested me when I was in 9th grade and wanted to read some serious stuff. No regrets. Jack Kerouac, Kurt Vonnegut and other american authors are geniuses also.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago me with friends were in a festival and then spontaneous we striked out to hitchhike to our Baltic sea. We spent almost a week without money, place to sleep (our bed was the seaside) and this was the most wonderful experience in my life. Damn, so good to remember.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach magnificent lithuanian language and tell you about our traditional culture.
