About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see of much of the globe as i can! :o)
ABOUT ME
The last few years i have been living in a small town of around 5000 people called "Tom Price" in Western Australia. It is right in the heart of the Pilbara and is next door to Karijini NP. I have met many tourists over that time and i have loved showing them around the Gorges in the Natioal Park. I have now since moved on from Tom Price and living in a gold mining town called Kalgoorlie 600km east of Perth! This place is the gold capital of Australia and just by the golden mile itself has produced over 55 million ounces of gold. Not a bad place to live with lots of museums and early history on the prospectors who found the original gold. There is also an underground tour that will take you down 70m in an old abandoned mine site :o)
PHILOSOPHY
The world in an amazing place. You only get one shot at life.... dont waste it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By writing really good reviews on all the wonderful people that open up there houses so i have a couch to sleep on. Then once my travels eventually cease in years to come, my couch will always be ready and willing!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When i was visiting London in Wandsworth Town i CouchSurfed at my sisters shared apartment. I even got that good at it, that i could sleep in an arm chair sitting up! I can sleep anywhere anytime, even the floor if it requires it. :o)
Interests
I have always had an interest in travelling. Love hiking and bushwalking. I have a great appreciation of the outdoors. 4WDing. Snorkelling on coral reefs. Anywhere on a beach soaking up the suns rays. Play a bit on the turntables (dj). And not to forget being in the company of great people.
