About Me

I used to never stay put but now I'm a little more career oriented. I went university, to Korea, to Europe, then grad school back in Canada and now I'm in Toronto. I'm big on seeing new places and trying anything new. Last year I went to EDC just to see what everyone was raving about (ha, get it?).

I'm sarcastic, extremely open minded, gregarious and really easy going. I have a crew of friends similar to myself. I'm pretty much cool with anything that's going on as long as everyone is respecting each other.

I work and live in Toronto, both close to down town. I'm happy to show people around, chill and play games, or party hardy. Your choice ;).

Anyway, that's all I got for now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided I'd like to host people from around the globe since I do not get to travel as much as I'd like to. My favourite part about going to a new place was always the people - so why not bring the people to me!

Interests

Reading, collecting music, board games, travelling, music festivals, dinners and drinks, hanging out with friends, snowboarding, hiking...pretty much anything goes with me. Recently I tried axe throwing and trampoline dodge ball.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Anything by Chuck Palahnuik (fight club). Steig Larsson, Gladwell, Christopher Moore, lots of classics atm. Charles Bukowski.

Music: I listen to everything, but my all time favourite band is Nine Inch Nails. Lately I've been into Deep house. I know the Toronto party scene pretty well because of it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Boryeong mud festival in South Korea is amazing. If you are ever in Korea in July, go.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm Canadian, so I'm happy to share any knowledge of my experiences there.
The same is true of Korea. I like to think I have a more balanced view of this place than people who are only here for a year.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A couch, my friend circle, my knowledge of the party scene, and I'm stupid good with data / problem solving lol.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Scotland, South Korea, Thailand, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, South Korea
