Overview
About Me
Hey there! I’m Azie, or you can call me Zie. I’m from Terengganu, Malaysia, but I’ve also called Bintulu, Sarawak, and Taiping, Perak, home at different times. These days, I’m working and based in Malaysia.
I’d describe myself as a quiet but friendly person. I love listening to other people’s stories, though it takes me some time to open up. I’m pretty easygoing, but I like to take my time with decisions—I’m all about the details!
When I travel, I keep things light and on a budget. I enjoy visiting historical sites, trying local food (but nothing too adventurous!), and meeting locals to really soak up the culture.
My hobbies? Honestly, I’m a bit of a workaholic. But when I get the chance, I love eating, driving outside the city, and getting lost in online manhwa, cdramas, and kdramas. Historical, costume, or even tragic love stories are my go-to stress relievers after a long week.
What I value most is building meaningful connections and meeting new people. Even if we meet just once, I’d love to stay in touch and continue sharing experiences. Life’s too short to stay in the same cycle all the time!
Feel free to check out my Instagram: @ivy_azie if you’d like to know me better or confirm I’m not a robot!
Cheers!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: One OK Rock is my absolute favorite band! Their songs Clock Strikes and Make It Out Alive are what made me fall for them, and Taka is just incredible. I’d love to see him perform live because of how energetic he is. Lately, I’ve been into If I Ever by Conor Maynard and Home Sweet Home by G-Dragon, but One OK Rock will always be at the top for me.
Movie: Have you ever watched The Blind Side with Sandra Bullock? She totally nailed it in that movie! It made me cry every time, and I can’t stop watching it—it’s so moving.
Book: It’s been a while since I’ve picked up a book, but I’ve been reading the sequel to Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi. I haven’t finished it yet, but it’s been such a great read so far!
