CURRENT MISSION Becoming a Digital Nomad. ABOUT ME I started living a nomadic life after leaving my country, and over time it became my choice and my passion. I’m originally from Kurdistan and have lived in Europe and now England. I love poetry, art, and meeting people from different cultures — and I never say no to a good book or a good chat. Cooking and sharing food is my favourite way to connect with people. PHILOSOPHY Be Aladdin on his flying carpet!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE To host, to surf, to care for, to learn from — and above all, to have fun with a complete stranger — isn’t that a brilliant idea? Couchsurfing taught me to say, ''Thanks for your stories''.
Music, Movies, and Books
Especially Jazz music, Iranian Traditional (Sufi) music. Literary fiction/fantasy type of movies, e.g. ''Wild Flowers'' by F.A. Brabec, Psychological movies ''Four Minutes'' by Chris Kraus, feminist movies ''The Hours''. Greek mythology.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
As a war refugee, I embarked on a perilous three-month journey, crossing many borders illegally with the help of human smugglers. Despite the danger and hardship, the experience was uniquely transformative, revealing one’s inner strength and resilience.
