ABOUT ME
Simple, Down to earth, fun loving couple, young at heart, honest, with a desire to know people, places of the world. Prefer to host Families, married couples, seniors during October-February, when we are in Hyderabad. We want our guests to be part of our family and hope they too do so.
Having retired, active and energetic, we use the opportunity of yearly visits to our sons in USA to move around places and meet people.

PHILOSOPHY
Smile at the world, the world smiles Back. Share with people and you will be surprised how they share back.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We were introduced to the amazing world of sharing hospitality through 'Hospitality Club ' (balajiiraobk) then 'Couch Surfing' by 'Hajnalka', 'pballs' showed us how to travel light, choose the best way to explore the world. Most importantly it is the amazing people around the world opening their homes and hearts to us allowing us to feel the essence of culture, people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We loved hosting/ being hosted for a wide range of travelers - ranging from 22 year old to 82. Each left us with unforgettable memories.
In one Case, We felt insulted, when our host made us to clean a big hall, which we have not even used before, and was really in a horrible condition due to earlier partying. Secondly, Some hosts are (very rare) indifferent, which makes us very uncomfortable to stay with them.
What we expect: A Place to sleep, Time & Interaction with our hosts
What we can: Share our travel & CS experiences, about our cultures, our lives, cook a meal or two.

1. To be a good host/guest. We have child like enthusiasm to learn and know about you and your country. We can share in learning your Cuisine and share our Hyderabadi Cuisine.
2. Most of the CS members are people with minimum resources with an ambition and enthusiasm to travel & know people from other cultures. Share what ever little you can with them. It is certainly not a place either for free lodging or boarding or services. The concept is divine, keep it alive.
