I'm Bárbara Gabriela, I'm 25 and I'm from the north of Portugal. I kind of finish my bachelor's in Sculpture - ceramics. Hehe I'm also very interested in traditional, folkloric and rural environment and I'm very attached to traditions, music and dances. I'm very excentric and optimistic girl and I love to meet people and share knowledge. :---) Always trying to achieve a clear state of mind and happiness and I try to be kind to everybody. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I really enjoy to know the places by being with locals. For me it only makes sense like that. At the same time I really enjoy to show what Portugal really has to offer because sometimes you can't find it by yourself.
Music, Movies, and Books
I need music to survive. I sing all the time and I dance traditional folk european dances. Basically I listen everything if it gives me any pleasure. Probably more jazz and world music than other styles. I love literature and cinema so it's difficult to say what I enjoy the most. But that's a subject that we may talk a looooot if we get to know each other! :---)
Teach, Learn, Share
~ I also can teach traditional dances and if you're interested I can show you a new undiscovered world about it. ~ I draw, do illustration and ceramics. If you're into that we can share some knowledge or do some workshops! ~ I love to cook! So definitely you can expect a gigantic tasty portuguese meal (vegetarian only). ;---) ~ we can meditate together or do some breathing exercises to start our day clean and light.
