My mission is enjoying life and travel as much as possible.

ABOUT ME

I'm somebody who loves to travel, to see things and to meet people. I've already seen a lot of the world and met some cool people from all over. When I'm not working as physiotherapist in a rehabilitationcenter / oldpeopleshome, I'm busy as volunteer with children at Jong Nederland (sort of scouts). I also like partying with my friends and going out to eat and drink.

PHILOSOPHY

Getting as much out of life as possible... or does that sound too much like a commercial. Ah well, enjoying life is really what I'm trying to do...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in Almeria in Spain and had a great time there. Hosted 6 people already. Always very nice!

I'm interested in a lot of things. Traveling is a big one, but I also like skiing, swimming, meeting people and simply having fun with new and old friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My South America trip was just amazing. Eating steak in Buenos Aires, the beaches in Uruguay, the views of Iguazu falls, visiting Fin del Mundo in Ushuaia, walking in a snowstorm in Torres del Paine, climbing on top of Perito Moreno glacier and drinking whiskey on the rocks (with glacier ice-cubes), rafting in Bariloche with 5 crazy Irish people, drinking wine in Mendoza, driving a jeep with 3 Belgian guys and 2 Canadian girls across the saltflats in Bolivia, partying in Cusco, walking the Incatrail to Machu Picchu, sandboarding in Huacachina, getting drunk on Pisco in Pisco and finally looking at the remains of dead people nicely crafted into a lamp underneath a church in Lima... What a trip!!!
