I would like to hang out (mostly at weekends but not strict) and open to host occasionally if my room facilities meet your requirements.

I live in two smaller rooms in Pokhara and have sleeping space on the floor for one in my bedroom, another room I have been using as kitchen. However, the toilet and bathroom are shared with other people in the house. Plus, there is no hot water for showers. But the area is relatively peaceful, and there are some cool places nearby to hang out at.
