Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I am looking for a place to stay in New York. I love meeting new people, exchanging food/cultures/languages, and mutually sharing interests and knowledge with others. I also think that CS is the best way to learn about a country/city directly from a local host!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I treasure so many moments in life, but if I would pick an overall experience, then I would pick my time in Vietnam; where I volunteered. I taught English and built up a project for rural communities in Sapa. The children who experienced tremendous hardship in life were inspiring. They went to school, came back for chores, took additionally English classes, prepared food, and did other additional work. Though, despite their hardships, they understood their privilege compared to other children in the area. They understood that most of the children cannot go to school and therefore, remained happy, thankful, and persevered.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: Not really sure but: languages, organising, meditation, coffee-making.
Learn about: languages, cultures, food, people, coffee shops.
Share: Stories, languages, skills, time, and empathy.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can help with learning languages, chores, cooking, doing groceries, organising, washing, taking care of pets. I'll try whatever I can do for you! I have lived alone for several years, and therefore, I would call myself a well-organised and most importantly, clean person!
