In a nutshell...

I'm a 31yr old english gal who has spent the past year living in the wonderful city of Vancouver, BC. I love to travel and meet new people, to get outdoors and appreciate what life has to offer. Adjectives I would use to describe myself would include; adventurous, friendly, kind, outgoing, spontaneous, caring, conscientious...(insert more nice descriptive words). Basically, on the whole, I think I'm a pretty decent human and get along with/make friends with the vast majority of people I meet.

My adventures so far have taken me to every continent, with the exception of South America but I am hoping to change that in the near future. I very rarely travel with a fully planned itinerary, as I love to explore, meet people and get recommendations. Plus I hate to miss out and therefore being flexible and having the ability to be spontaneous means that you rarely have to. Travelling has enriched my life and continues to provide me with the best experiences and friends a girl could wish for.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have some time to spare now that I have finished working in Canada, so I'm looking to explore and meet some nice people.

When I get back to the UK (in spring 2016), I'll be moving into my new home and would love to host people and show them what the northwest of England has to offer.
