Expand my horizons, be a good steward to the earth, and serve my community ABOUT ME Married for 33 years to Ronnie, we have two wonderful kids, a son, 28 and daughter, 41 (from Ronnie's previous marriage). I grew up in Worcester, MA, and spent many years in the Boston area. Have lived all my live in New England, except for 8 months in Guatemala when I graduated college. My first real job was at an ESL school, where I was constantly meeting people from all over the world, and I still miss that (the people, not the job!)after 30 years, especially because NH is so homogeneous. I'm an accountant by profession and a do-gooder at heart - a bleeding heart liberal who would love to change the world, if only it were possible. Very much into healthy living and eating. Ronnie is a retired middle school math teacher. He served in the Peace Corps in Iran and spent a total of 3 years there in the late 60's/early 70's. PHILOSOPHY I feel strongly about quality of life - better to do (and earn)less and enjoy life than to do (and earn) more and have a stressful life. It's important to have compassion for those less fortunate, and to be a good steward to the earth.
