I am a well behaved :), relaxed but cheerful guy from northern Germany. I like to travel (mostly on my own) to enhance my views and expanding my horizon. I raised on the countryside in a small town and I think this caused my wanderlust.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet up with open minded people to discuss and explore their culture and world views. I was shaped by an east european family background (russian) and so I am especially interested in understanding and explaining culture and behavior.
So if you are willing to question ourselfs, our behaviour and what made us the people we are in a passionate and controversial way, please let me know - it would be a pleasur to meet you.

Biking and hiking in our local woods, but I enjoy watching TED - education videos as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I preffer books that grow the number of neurons or at least challenge them. As a counterweight to my job I like to read sociological or psychological literatur.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a lovely time in the most beautiful city I've visited so far - Cape Town :). A safari tour with an wonderful BBQ and sleepover in the middel of a dessert in Dubai.
