ABOUT ME

Natural health and healing practitioner, educator and writer, cyclist, slow traveler, gardener/forest gardener, fresh fooder, environmentalist and "future-thinker".

I try to live as I teach. i.e. I strive after living healhy and as near to sustainable as possible.

I love to meet people similar to myself and people who I can discuss both important and fun stuff with.
