About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm currently studying to be a tour guide, and I'm absolutely enamored with Budapest. I'd be thrilled to practice by showing my guests around the city I love. Whether it's exploring the surroundings, taking on a classic Budapest tour, or diving into a specific theme like a pub crawl, street art adventure, modernist architecture, bridges, baths (Budapest is the bath capital of the world!), or a stroll through 20th-century history – I'm up for it all! If you're keen on experiencing Budapest through any of these lenses, let's make it happen!
I'm currently working as a tour guide, bringing tourists to and from different cities. Due to this, my days can get quite hectic, and there might be times when I have to go on a trip. Nevertheless, I'll still make sure to honor any arranged nights, even if you might see less of me during those times.
Additionally, I'm in the early stages of building a comprehensive travel advisory and planning business. Any ideas or suggestions you might have for that would be greatly appreciated.
ABOUT ME
Spent 19 years in Miskolc, Hungary—industrial vibe but killer natural scenes. Then did the dorm life in Budapest at the University. Lived 6 months in Tarragona, Spain for an internship, followed by 5 months in Deggendorf, Bavaria, and a year in Munich. Again, a few years in Budapest. Just before COVID rolled in, I went to New Zealand for 7 months, and now again in Budapest since 2020.
PHILOSOPHY
Life's all about the journey. Hosting folks is just my way of keeping that travel spirit alive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Up until a few months ago, I've only hosted a couple of times, squeezing 2 folks into my dorm room because, well, dorm life. Now that I've upgraded to my own apartmant in the center of Budapest, I'm stoked to open my doors to people, in order to give back to the community, and, as mentioned before, keeping the travel spirit alive.
Been on the other side too - being hosted at places in Slovakia, Spain, Morocco, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and probably a few more spots I can't recall.
Interests
Got a bit of an eclectic mix here: big on traveling, diving into the world of economics, burying my nose in books, keeping tabs on politics, juggling languages, and some sports for good measure. Pretty much open to anything and everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When we paddled our own kayaks to an uninhabited island in Thailand. Imagine rolling up to a pristine, white sandy beach at the crack of dawn, greeted by turquoise waters and coconut palms—absolute bliss. Being the first that day to set foot on that untouched paradise is a memory I'll cherish forever.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always craving more information — I just can't get enough! Sharing and teaching, although I might not have as much experience as some other Couchsurfers.
