Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I recently had my first experience of couchsurfing travelling around Belgium and France. I met so many wonderful people, and hosting seems like a great way to keep meeting fun people until I get to go away on another adventure.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of rock and indie music (special mentions for Fleetwood Mac and Arctic Monkeys) but I'm open minded and like all sorts of genres. In terms of movies I love the Back to the Future movies, LOTR, Hot Fuzz, Star Wars and Guardians of the Galaxy to name a few. I've just finished reading the A Song of Ice and Fire books, on which Game of Thrones is based. I only picked them up last summer after watching the show first, but once I started I couldn't put them down!

Quite recently I went on stage with Derren Brown and he made me levitate!

I enjoy learning about different cultures and like learning more about people from different walks of life. I studied Physics at university and I'd be more than happy to talk about it with anyone with a curious mind! I can also play guitar, who doesn't enjoy a good sing along?!
My Interests
I enjoy most sports, both watching and playing as I like being active. I quite regularly go to pub quizzes with my friends as we enjoy the intellectual challenge (and the beer!), my favourite categories being TV, films, science, music and sports.
