Grew up in Kansas, moved to Ohio, spent a few years living and working in France and Switzerland, came back to Ohio for a year, and now moving to Virginia. I love traveling around the world and the US, because of all the cool things there out there but mostly because of all the interesting people I've been lucky to meet. Most of my free time (especially when it's nice out) is spent playing ultimate frisbee, but I'm also a big fan of reading and I'm working on getting better at painting. In real life, I work as a physicist, and I'd be happy to tell you all about it if you're curious.

I'm on couchsurfing to meet and talk to interesting people who are travelling through life just like me. It's equally cool for me to give people a place to stay while they're travelling through my city or whether I can have the opportunity to share my experiences with people when I happen to be on the road.
