My name is Benjamin Parr and I am 27 year old. I graduated university at 25 and spent two years coaching club soccer. I am an English major, passionate about soccer and learning and reading and teaching and travelling. Currently, I am travelling Central America and writing about my experiences. The goal is to make it to the bottom of South America and from there reassess things and either keep going, probably to Asia, or turn back towards home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing largely as an attempt to save money and prolong my travels. The other big draw to a service like this is the chance to meet with interesting folks where ever I go.
