ABOUT ME
**I will be traveling from September 13th to September 30th, please do not send me requests for these dates unless its just for advise on the city**
I'm Berta and I'm from Barcelona, a lively city I'd love to show you if we have the opportunity to meet. I finished university about 3 years ago and at the moment I am working at a hotel oriented company. My life has turned a little hectic.. but I try not to miss the opportunity to break routine, travel and meet interesting people. I believe I'm easy-going, laid-back, happy-hearted and open-minded. I love nature, traveling, and otherwise adventurous activities. I really apreciate good talks, culture quirks and people who are beyond cliches or don't hold on to preconceived ideas. I'm not a loud person but rather a quiet one who likes getting involved in people's lives to offer my best. I like good vibes brought by humble people with passion for life, music and critical thinking... if you feel like sharing some time with someone local, feel free to contact me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have been surfing and meeting CS people for a while now.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I first knew about this philosophy thanks to a guy I met on the streets of Barcelona. He was heading for a CS meeting and asked me for the address of a bar where this meeting was going to be held. I've had the oportunity to meet and talk to other CS people since this first very first contact.. now I wish I could get in touch with that first stranger to thank him for this discovery cause it's changing my life.
Interests
Bonfires, culture quirks, stained glasses, coffee, indian tea, veggie food, nature, reading about people who have been in the nature, animals, smiles, faces, photography, travelling (of course), enjoying music, hanging around with nice people, spending time outdoors, cycling, swimming, learning languages and, definitely, lindy hop dancing...
but most of all I love learning from activities that help me to know myself better and learning from others. Happiness is better when shared
