I'm sociable, fun, tidy, friendly and have a lot of interests - including a love for cooking, dancing and spending time in nature. I've traveled to a few dozen countries and lived in 5 but I'm not done yet. :-) I love to connect with people and see things through other perspectives, which is a lot of the attraction to CouchSurfing (and traveling). I teach meditation and yoga, as well as the other work I do in leadership and sustainability. I'd love to do a meditation session with any hosts who are interested and I'd also be happy to cook!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been on Couchsurfing for years and will be using it more in 2023 as I embark on a year of digital nomad-ing. I'm looking forward to meeting 'real people' in the places I stay, getting to know the place in a more real way than I would just staying alone in an Airbnb!
