ABOUT ME

Hola! Thank you for stopping by my profile.
I'll just give you a general idea about myself, I don´t know why I find it a bit difficult to get the right words when trying to describe who I am, anyway, I'm sure once you get to know me in real life, you will realise how cool personality I've got lol
My name is Beatriz but I prefer to be called Betty (I guess it is shorter and easier to remember) I am a super friendly and very caring person. Sometimes I tend to be kind of unpredictable but I like being original though, surprising people is quite fun!

Everybody thinks I am a really enthusiastic and positive girl, if they could use only one word to describe me, it would be happiness, life is too short to be anything but happy :). Most of the time you will see me laughing (actually, you will hear me, 'cause normally I am very loud -and I don´t really care if people around think I am too noisy, I really enjoy life)
I am a very hopeful person, I always see the glass as being half full.Things can always improve and thrive. I always say my life is guided by my ability to see the bright side in every situation, to think of the rainbow after the storm. I try to see the good side of things, even if sometimes it is not easy to find it I keep up with the positive attitude and spread it around. I just don't like complications, I prefer to take it easy, we all need some more hope in our hearts.

I love dreaming and planning a happy future, I try to keep good memories from the past whilst learning from it and of course enjoy the present (if it is with good friends, some cheese and wine, it is better lol)

Obviously one of my biggest passions in life is traveling, discovering new places and learning about differente cultures. I enjoy being with people, I like talking but I am better at listening, we all have our own story to tell and specially traveller's are soooo interesting!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to give some help to whoever needs it. To host as much as possible and to keep attending meetings. I really love how it feels to know that wherever you are going, it doesn't matter which city or country, you will find a great CS community and be able to meet somebody who can make you have a better day

I STARTED MY CS EXPERIENCE WHILE LIVING IN EUROPE. MY BROTHER TOLD ME ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL PROJECT AND I'M GLAD TO BE PART OF IT.
