We're both born local to the area and met through friends in the bar scene about 11 years ago. We've been together ever since. We don't frequent the bar scene quite like we used to, but still know how to go out and have a good time every now and then. We have two children. We enjoy spending time with family, good friends, good books, good movies, good TV, the outdoors, and traveling...so much traveling. Dan is an Assistant Manager at a local shop, and Jen is a Program Supervisor working with the mentally ill.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Did we mention traveling? We are pretty thrifty at planning an amazing budget vacation, and are always open to new experiences and new friends. We travel at least once a year, though that never seems to be enough, and are looking to expand our options to meet our budget. We are passionate about seeing the world one country at a time, and won't stop until we have.
