House rules:
I do lots of hosting and enjoy visitors. However, I require that all visitors arrive at the house at least one hour before dark. I do not allow visitors who we cannot meet during daylight hours.
Please don't park on the lawn. I live in a cul-de-sac with no traffic.
Please turn off lights when you leave a room. I'm very energy conscious.
Plan to stick around. I do this to meet people. I can't really get to know you if you arrive late and leave early the next day.
