CURRENT MISSION I'm pretty outdoorsy. I fly fish, camp, hike, canoe, ice fish, and mountain bike. ABOUT ME I'm fairly outgoing and although I have a busy schedule part of the week I like sharing my knowledge for local adventures. I'm happy to loan some sporting gear to the right people and happy to help make someone's Alaskan experience enjoyable. I homebrew beer and have a makeshift bar below the apartment for entertaining when he weather gets bad. I have a very stable canoe and a bunch of fishing gear ready to go. I work in construction but have a background in photography and music. I have a lot of guitars and a bass ready to jam.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE A friend of mine in a town just south of here hosts surfers all of the time and recommended I give it a try. I travel some and may look into surfing options myself next time abroad. I love Scotland, France, and Prague is high up on my list of next journeys.

I'm not a full blown hippy but I do care about the earth and I have a career in saving energy for low income families. There are people out there who wouldn't approve of either but they won't be finding a spot on my couch unless they are desperate And need help.
