I gravitate towards ideas and opportunities that are spirit driven, rather than molded from cultural expectation. I'm a nice person and am always inspired when I encounter another individual that seems to be coming from a good place. "Truth and Love", kind of define my ideals. I like to laugh, like to make others laugh. I love the beauty in life, the passion, the experiences and all those things that make living worth while. I have a wonderful, beautiful wife and kids, and treasure the life I have. I work hard and give when I can. Just interested in seeing what kind of good people might be traveling by that I would miss without an invitation for them to stop by.

We have a dog, cat, bird, fish and mice. The mice are not on purpose and we are always trying to get rid of them. We are not infested of anything. It is a fall occurrence mostly. When it starts to get cold out, they find a way in.

I perform classical music for a living. Also my own compositions.

I can listen to just about anything and either critique and pull it apart, or.............. find enjoyment it. I would rather do the latter.

BUT

My favorite kind of music is............ listening to new music with someone who is passionate to share the music THEY are passionate about.

I love the passion in someones eyes when they talk about ANYTHING they love.

I lived on a boat with my wife, two year old son, a parrot, dog, ferret, turtles, cat and my baby grand piano for about four years until I sank it :(

I jumped off a 200 foot bridge in Nevada. There was no water under it. But there were big boulders. I didn't have a bungee cord. I did have an engineer friend who calculated the stretch ratio of my climbing rope. I was scared. But I did it. 165 foot free fall.

I build my own house. Including leveling the land and pouring the foundation. Before that I could not build a square square box out of plywood. Now I can pretty much tell you, step by step, how to live off grid, for 20k a year and live a life most people cant afford making 200k a year.

Truth and love. I am not proud but I am honest. I love to give love and feel honesty.

We (my family) are creative people. But we are poor. But we are creative. I can usually make even the most frugal situations into great fun. I think that depends on how much creativity YOU have!

That said, we have options.....

We live on 12 acres of land. Up until this year we had a huge ceremonial tipi that we lived in for while. That was sitting on a 30x30 foot deck. After 8 years......... the spring rain, on the winter snow, ended our glorious adventures with the tipi. But If you like to camp........... we have lots of cool places, including nice level spots down by our meandering brook. It is referred to the south branch of the baker river.

Or maybe it is too cold outside for you, or it is raining, or you scared of the dark, or you are scared of bears, or you ......................... just don't want to sleep outside!!!

We certainly have extra space in our house for a few guests. Not REALLY an extra bed. But we can always dig out extra sheets, blankets and pillows. We do have a couch, but it is kind of in the living room, so doesn't offer much privacy. But take it if you like. Our second floor is not finished but has a ton of extra room. But there is..................... no heat, so it would be limited to the coldest temperature you would be willing to suffer through in a sleeping bag. If you want to be up in the bell-free. . . . . . . . we don't have one................. yet. I guess the way we would approach any situation is to view the situation, and see how we can make it work, see how much fun we can have and take it from there.
