ABOUT ME

hey there, I'm guy who has been working in travelling in europe for the last four and a bit. I have spent time in Berlin, London, belfast and all over scotland living and working. Now I am really lucky to find myself in Edinburgh as a walking tour guide. I have just moved into a new flat and it has a couple of nice couches, the flat mates are cool with the idea of people staying but we all work and study odd hours so we will have to discuss any requests to stay amongst ourselves before we confirm. if you find yourself in a real heap of trouble and can not find a place to sleep, plese let me know and I'll do what I can to put you up if even for the night.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the idea of having a place to stay no matter where you go, i always used to travel and stay in hostels, while this is fun you only meet other travellers, couch surfing is such a great way to meet local people see a city in ways that you never could as a mear backpacker, I have started hosting recently and it is great, I can't take as many people as I would like though as I need to keep my flatmates happy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent a few months in berlin trying to find work and bouncing from one great couch to another. I I have started taking in surfers recently, Always a blast.

I watch all movies, I'm not a culture snob who doesn't appreciate a bad movie for what it is, sometimes mind candy is all you need. As for books, I read whatever I get my hands on.
